Fix blank cms component

The issue was as an author in WCMS I am unable to add a sub-site navigation component in any market catalog other than US. When clicking to add the component, the screen is blank and there are no options to select (see attached screen shot).

To re-create:
-Go to TW STAGED catalog
-Go to "Exectuives" bio page
-Click to add the sub-site navigation component

In short there were no components to choose from when adding or creating a new component in page content section.

To fix this follow these steps.

1.     Go to hmc

2.     Open WCMS -> Page Templates

3.     Search for the name of the page template

4.     Click on the market that is missing the components

5.     Click the little blue box next to the content slot you need

6.     You will see the content slot and the Component Type Group will be empty

7.     Search for the component type group you want to use and select and click use

8.     Click save
